Service Level Agreement
This draft describes the availability commitment that applies to each Airfree Maps plan. We only state an SLA where one actually applies.
Which plans carry an SLA
A formal uptime commitment applies from the Developer Scale plan upward. Lower tiers are provided on a best-effort basis without a contractual SLA:
- Free: Best-effort availability — no contractual SLA.
- Developer Starter: Best-effort availability — no contractual SLA.
- Developer Growth: Best-effort availability — no contractual SLA.
- Developer Scale: 99.9% uptime SLA
- Developer Pro: Uptime SLA
- Enterprise: Custom SLA
What the uptime target means
Where a 99.9% target applies, it is measured monthly against the availability of the covered API endpoints, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced in advance) and factors outside our reasonable control. “Availability” means the service is accepting and correctly responding to valid, authenticated requests.
Exclusions
- Scheduled maintenance announced ahead of time.
- Issues caused by your configuration, your code, or traffic exceeding your plan’s limits.
- Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, upstream network failures).
- Free, Developer Starter and Developer Growth plans, which have no contractual SLA.
Remedies & enterprise terms
Service credits and precise measurement, maintenance-window and remedy terms are defined in your plan agreement. Enterprise agreements carry a custom SLA negotiated to your requirements — see Enterprise. Current operational status is published on the status page.
